Laughlin, NV rests on the Colorado River just across the border from Arizona. It acts as a crossroads of sorts for anyone looking for a quick night of food, gambling, and fun without going the extra distance to Las Vegas. The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Bureau wanted to highlight this aspect of the town with the idea being “Laughlin - You either get it. Or you don’t.” I was selected as Director of Photography on this shoot where over the course of 4 days we shot at 10 different locations from casinos to restaurants to riverboats and more. The final piece ran on local television to drive tourism to this kitschy resort town an hour south of Las Vegas.
